This time the monks at Abbaye St-Remy have smiled on us and are sharing some of their world-class trappist brews with Vermont. Doesn't ring a bell? You might know them better by the name "Rochefort!" We've been blessed with a very limited amount of both the "8" and "10" to sit along side their "6." The "8" is on the shelves next to the "6" in the Trappist section and the "10" is in the Rare & Vintage Cabinet.

Me too! I think the 8 stands up really well next to the 10. The 10 needs some time to come into its own a bit, but the 8 is ready to go right away. Got to love it!
