I liked the display you have. With the hay and everything. You should feature Schlenkerla Marzen. The classic example of a Rauchbier. I doubt many have experienced how blissful the combination of bacon and Oktoberfest can be. :D

Mmmmm...rauchbier. Have you tried the Les Trois Mousquetaires Rauchbier yet? More reserved than the Schlenkerlas, but damn tasty!
