Ok, so we got some more reliable info on the Southern Tier pre-sell. It appears that the distributor is off the hook and it was all a situation of bad communication over a new product in the market. It looks like we'll be able to re-order Southern Tier products every 4 weeks or so at the beginning. If they are selling well, they'll re-order every two weeks. There's more to it than that, but I'm not sure what's public knowledge and what's inside business, so until I learn more, I'll leave it at that. Problem solved.
